The kitchen was completely remodeled with granite countertops and all new appliances. Master bedroom also opens to the screened lanai. The dining room seats six comfortably. The lanai has uninterrupted view of the lagoon and gulf. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a double and twin in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The condo sleeps 6.

Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the lanai.
